Position: MacOS Browser Evaluation Expert
Type: Contractual
Compensation: $40 – $120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate browser-based workflows on macOS, focusing on keyboard navigation and shortcut efficiency.
- Test and analyze usability across browser tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other online platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve keyboard-driven productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Develop and recommend optimized keyboard shortcut workflows and automation techniques for browser tasks.
- Conduct structured testing involving tab management, window switching, and navigation optimization.
- Document findings and collaborate with teams to propose improvements to browser-based workflows.
- Evaluate usability across various online platforms including e-commerce marketplaces and SaaS tools.
- Provide clear documentation and feedback on workflow performance and potential automation opportunities.
- Stay updated with macOS productivity tools, browser extensions, and automation methods.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in macOS keyboard shortcuts and system navigation.
- Advanced browser navigation skills including tab management, window switching, and keyboard-first workflows.
- Hands-on experience with browser-based productivity tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple browser tabs, windows, and workflows.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting testing insights and recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail when evaluating digital workflows and browser interactions.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote testing environment.
