We must take action to deliver better outcomes for all people living with cancer and this starts with being a really inclusive workplace. Inclusivity needs to be at the heart of everything we do. We are currently testing a new anonymous online application process on some of our vacancies, with the aim of significantly reducing hiring bias. This means, on these vacancies only, none of the personal details you give at the point of application will be shared with the hiring manager until you have confirmed an interview with us.
