<li>Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues.</li>
<li>Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.</li>
<li>Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.</li>
<li>Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.</li>
<li>Adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations in all counseling practices.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.</li>
<li>In pursuit of LPC Associate license in the state of Texas.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience in individual and group counseling preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.</li>
<li>Proficient in using electronic health record systems.</li>
<li>Willingness to engage in continuous learning and personal growth.</li>
