Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Shop Engineer based in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing the daily operations of the machine shop, designing machine components, managing projects to ensure timely delivery, and contributing to research and development initiatives. The engineer will also ensure optimal utilization of resources and adherence to quality standards in production processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering
- Skills in Project Management to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
- Capability in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve product designs and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in machine shop operations, preferably in an automotive or industrial manufacturing setting, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
