Role Description
This full-time on-site role as a Machine Operator is based in Patran, Punjab. The Machine Operator will be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring equipment performance, performing routine maintenance, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety standards. The role also involves working collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth production flow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling of various types of Machinery
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure high standards of production
- Familiarity with Hand Tools and their application in a manufacturing environment
- Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with team members
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and perform minor repairs
- Attention to detail and commitment to adhering to safety and operational guidelines
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or dairy production environment is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
