Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with approved SOPs.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine operational checks.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.
- Identify and report equipment abnormalities and coordinate with the Maintenance team when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and the work area while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Record production data and machine performance accurately.
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, or an equivalent trade)
Experience
- 4–5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of production machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and SOP compliance.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
