Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Machine Operator, located in Gurgaon with the flexibility for some remote work. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, conducting quality checks, performing maintenance tasks, and utilizing hand tools. The role also involves efficient communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling various types of Machinery
- Experience with Quality Control processes and procedures
- Ability to work with Hand Tools and perform minor mechanical tasks
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage
