Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator, located in Chennai. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production process. Daily tasks will include monitoring machine performance, ensuring quality standards are met, and performing routine maintenance on equipment. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and efficient use of hand tools to ensure seamless operations on the production floor.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with Machinery used in industrial production
- Ability to ensure Quality Control standards are consistently met during production
- Experience using Hand Tools for the maintenance and adjustment of machinery
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and protocols
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent education; technical certification is a plus
