Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator, based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial textile machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards. The role includes duties such as monitoring machine performance, conducting routine maintenance, and making adjustments as necessary. The Machine Operator will also collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of production targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling Machinery
- Experience in Quality Control and understanding production standards
- Ability to use and maintain Hand Tools effectively
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and preventative maintenance is desirable
- Prior experience in the textile industry is an added advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
