Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in Renwal. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used to manufacture Solar EVA/EPE films according to defined procedures and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include loading raw materials, adjusting machine parameters, ensuring continuous production flow, and performing basic routine maintenance on equipment. The role also involves inspecting output for defects, documenting production data, reporting issues to supervisors, and collaborating with team members to maintain quality and efficiency. The Machine Operator will follow all safety guidelines, maintain a clean work area, and support process improvements as required.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Machine Operation and working with industrial Machinery in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Quality Control, including inspecting finished films, identifying defects, and following standard quality procedures.
- Ability to safely use Hand Tools for basic adjustments, minor maintenance, and machine setup tasks.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and co-workers, and to report issues clearly.
- Basic technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing fields is preferred.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow standard operating procedures and safety rules.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle moderate physical tasks, and work in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in plastics, film extrusion, or solar-related manufacturing is an advantage but not mandatory.
