Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Machine Operator to join our team on-site in Sitapur. The Machine Operator will handle the operation, setup, and maintenance of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, adhering to quality control standards, and conducting routine checks on equipment. The role also involves the proper usage of hand tools and collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation, including setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting
- Understanding of Quality Control procedures and ensuring adherence to production standards
- Experience with machinery and safe handling of Hand Tools
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a secure work environment
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
- Technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision
