Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor automated machine lines.
• Achieve production & quality targets.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety.
• Follow SOPs, safety, and quality guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
• ITI – Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 1 years shop floor experience.
• Basic knowledge of machine operations.
• Trainable on automated lines within 45 days.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
Basic Requirements
• Valid passport (ECNR preferred).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
• Proper educational certificates.
• Basic medical fitness certificate.
• Commitment to learn basic Turkish language (45 days–2 months).
• Smartphone proficiency including translation apps.
• Non-smoker & non-drinker preferred.
• Non-vegetarian preferred.
• Ability to manage basic household tasks.
• Adaptability to Turkish culture
