Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Machine Operator, located in Gurugram. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, monitoring production, performing quality control checks, and effectively using hand tools. Daily tasks include setting up machines, troubleshooting issues, following operational procedures, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent productivity and high-quality outputs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and the ability to operate and maintain various production machinery
- Experience in conducting Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to production standards
- Skill in handling and using Hand Tools for machinery adjustments and maintenance
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety in the workplace
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Basic technical or vocational training related to machine operation or industrial processes is advantageous
