Job Summary & Responsibilities
We are looking for a multi-tasking team player who has a solid understanding of machining works. The hired candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating conventional machines (such as Conventional Milling, Conventional Lathe, Power hacksaw, Grinding Machine, and Drilling Machine) upon request.
- Probation Note: The hired person will be on probation for an initial period of 6 months, during which they will be taught the operation of various conventional machines. Upon successful completion of probation, the employee will be expected to operate all the machines they were trained on.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical / Tool & Die) OR ITI (Machinist / Turner / Tool & Die).
- Skills: Must have foundational knowledge of machining works.
- Language: Good English speaking skills are preferred.

- Future Opportunities: Depending on performance, employees can advance to roles such as CNC Operator (VMC, Lathe), CNC Programmer (VMC, Lathe), or CAD Engineer (SolidWorks).
- Work Location: Your contractual base will be at FRASCO Advanced Technology Pvt. Ltd., 5/951 E, Kuttikattukara P.O, Eloor, Ernakulam, Kerala -683501.
- Relocation: The company reserves the right to change your place of work to any location, subsidiary, or associated company depending on business requirements. Highly performing candidates will be relocated to Japan.
