Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery. Responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, ensuring quality control of products, troubleshooting equipment issues, and utilizing hand tools for machinery adjustments. The role requires adherence to safety standards and collaboration with team members for efficient production processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and proper handling of Machinery
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control processes and standards
- Experience using Hand Tools for adjustments and minor repairs
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
- Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is beneficial
