Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator at Bo International, located in Gurugram. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality standards are met, performing basic repairs, and maintaining accurate production records. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient communication with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Machine Operation and handling various types of Machinery
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures to maintain product standards
- Ability to safely use and maintain Hand Tools
- Strong Communication skills for clear collaboration with team members
- Proactive attitude towards safety and equipment maintenance
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with skin care or beauty product production is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in machinery operation is an advantage
