Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator for an upcoming Modular Furniture Factory located at Kattedan Industrial Area, Hyderabad. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring the production of high-quality products. Daily responsibilities include equipment setup, performing quality checks on products, utilizing hand tools for adjustments or minor repairs, and troubleshooting machinery issues. Coordination with team members to ensure smooth production processes is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and working with Machinery
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure product standards are met
- Knowledge of using and maintaining Hand Tools
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
