Job Description
We are looking for a Gen-AI ML Engineering Specialist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions using modern cloud ML platforms and GenAI frameworks. The role involves working closely with global engineering and product teams to deliver production-ready AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end ML training and inference pipelines
- Build scalable RAG-based GenAI systems using embeddings, retrievers, and vector databases
- Fine-tune LLM and NLP models for enterprise use cases
- Integrate LLM APIs and AI frameworks into production applications
- Deploy and manage ML models on cloud platforms such as Azure ML and Vertex AI
- Implement ML Ops practices including CI/CD, experiment tracking, and model versioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and accuracy
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python for ML and AI development
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Strong experience with LLMs, NLP systems, and Generative AI applications
- Experience building RAG architectures and AI orchestration workflows
- Hands-on exposure to vector databases and semantic search systems
- Experience with cloud ML platforms such as Azure ML, Vertex AI, or AWS SageMaker
- Strong understanding of ML Ops concepts and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Experience with FAISS, Azure Cognitive Search, or Vertex Matching Engine
- Knowledge of MLflow or similar ML Ops tools
- Exposure to enterprise AI platform integrations
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems
- Experience working with enterprise-scale GenAI solutions is highly preferred
