🌱 We're Hiring | AI Engineer – LLM & Voice AI | Fresher | Pune
Job Type: Full Time, Onsite.
Location: Senapati Bapat Marg, Pune.
🔧 What You'll Work On
- Building LLM pipelines using GPT, Gemini & modern APIs.
- Prompt engineering workflows iterated on real user data.
- RAG, vector search & agent memory architectures.
- Multilingual AI capabilities — Marathi & Hindi.
- Multimodal AI combining voice, image & structured data.
- AI evaluation frameworks & safety guardrail systems.
- Inference cost optimization & intelligent model routing.
- MLOps infrastructure for deployment & scaling.
- Real-time audio streaming pipelines and low-latency AI inference.
- Data pipelines for session analytics, farm event logs & agricultural datasets.
- AI evaluation frameworks & safety guardrail systems.
- Exposure to inference cost optimization & intelligent model routing updated.
✅ What We're Looking For
- Strong foundation in Python & SQL.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs — OpenAI, Gemini.
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering, RAG or agent architectures
- Exposure to GCP or AWS (GCP preferred)
- Clean code mindset with version control habits
- Comfort with REST APIs & integrating third-party data sources
- Curiosity about data pipelines, event logs & analytics — not just model APIs
⭐ Good to Have
- Voice AI or audio processing experience
- Interest in Indian language NLP — Marathi / Hindi
- Google Cloud stack — Firestore, Cloud Run, Vertex AI
- Multimodal AI projects or fine-tuning exposure (LoRA, QLoRA)

- Familiarity with real-time or streaming systems
- Exposure to WhatsApp Business API or notification delivery platforms
