About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative AI solutions that leverage the latest advancements in generative technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising clients on effective use cases, designing and prototyping AI-driven features, and ensuring seamless integration of Gen AI models into diverse applications. Qualifications

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role encompass a broad spectrum of activities aimed at delivering innovative AI solutions. You will advise clients on GenAI use cases, strategies, and provide valuable feedback for product development roadmaps. Evaluating and recommending suitable GenAI models and solutions tailored to client needs will be a key aspect of your role. You will design and prototype AI features and applications, ensuring they align with user requirements and deliver tangible value.
Keeping abreast of the latest AI technologies, including advancements in GenAI and features of popular tools like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is crucial. Collaborating with engineering and design teams to facilitate successful product integration will be part of your responsibilities. You will collect, clean, and preprocess data using appropriate tools and libraries, ensuring compatibility with AI frameworks. Training, testing, and evaluating models using relevant metrics will be essential to optimize performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Deployment of AI solutions in production environments across different frameworks will be expected, along with building applications and employing effective prompting techniques for generative AI models. A strong emphasis will be placed on assessing the ethical implications and risks associated with GenAI deployments. Additionally, you will support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and contributing to strategic product roadmaps, ensuring that solutions meet client expectations and industry standards.
