Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and scale advanced machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, ML pipelines, and production-grade AI systems, along with hands-on exposure to MLOps, cloud platforms, and modern AI techniques including NLP and Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines for scalable AI systems
- Develop and optimize ML models using techniques such as regression, classification, and deep learning
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments
- Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions
- Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, and automation
- Handle data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and relational databases
- Create insightful dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI
- Ensure model performance, scalability, reliability, and data security across systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms: regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning
- Experience building and managing ML pipelines and scalable AI systems
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as DataRobot, Azure ML, or Abacus.ai
- Strong knowledge of SQL and working with databases
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Exposure to NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems
- Knowledge of model optimization, performance tuning, and monitoring
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment
