Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering
- Strong fundamentals in machine learning, statistics, and data modeling
- Experience in building and deploying ML models
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries
- Experience with data pipelines and production systems
- Understanding of model evaluation, feature engineering, and tuning
- Experience in commerce, QCom, or CPG is preferred
- Exposure to demand forecasting, price elasticity, MMM, or promo effectiveness is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize machine learning models for predictive use cases
- Perform feature engineering, model selection, and tuning
- Work on deploying models into production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
- Monitor model performance and improve system reliability
- Contribute to scalable ML pipelines and systems
