Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ML / AI roles
- Experience in product-based or AI-native companies
- Strong academic background (Tier 1 institutions preferred)
- Solid understanding of ML systems, LLMs, and data pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Hands-on experience with experimentation and model iteration
- Builder mindset with high ownership and curiosity
- Proof of work via projects, open-source, or research preferred
- Currently working at a product based organisation
Responsibilities
- Solve ML problems across search, ranking, extraction, summarization, and automation
- Build and deploy production-grade AI systems
- Translate ambiguous business problems into ML solutions
- Experiment with LLMs, agents, evaluation systems, and hybrid pipelines
- Optimize model performance via prompting, retrieval, and architecture improvements
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Contribute to long-term AI roadmap and system design
