- Develop scalable model serving APIs and inference layers using Python and Go, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Implement monitoring, drift detection, and retraining pipelines to maintain model accuracy and system robustness in production environments.
- Work with financial textual data such as earnings calls, filings, and news articles to extract structured insights and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with data teams to develop training datasets, feature stores, and embedding repositories to support machine learning initiatives.
- Design and optimize real-time inference pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS, utilizing services such as EKS, ECS, Lambda, and S3.
- Build high-performance, fault-tolerant microservices supporting AI systems, ensuring low latency and scalability.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices for machine learning workflows, including containerization and version control.
- Partner with DevOps teams to enhance infrastructure, observability, and operational efficiency of AI systems.
