Role Overview:
The role involves supporting assembly, production, and testing activities for electric farm machinery while working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on production operations, prototype development, and continuous process improvements.
Role Description:
A. Machine Assembly & Production Support
- Support end-to-end machine assembly and production activities for electric farm machinery.
- Ensure correct fitting, wiring, and integration of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Work on the production line for assembly, sub-assembly, testing, and final dispatch readiness.
- Identify bottlenecks, suggest process improvements, and maintain high quality standards similar to large OEM production environments.
B. Operational Support & R&D Projects
- Assist in meeting operational and R&D requirements for new product development and ongoing projects.
- Review machine designs/drawings (with focus on EV systems), identify potential issues, and provide practical recommendations for design improvements and manufacturability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams for prototype building and iterations.
Eligibility Criteria:
A. Education: ITI / Diploma/ Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Mechanical).
B. Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in production line assembly, service, or field demonstration of electric vehicles / electric machinery.
- Strong experience working in the EV, Automobile, or Farm Machinery sector is highly preferred.
Skillsets
- Strong hands-on experience with electric systems – motors, controllers, BMS, wiring harnesses, chargers, and EV testing equipment.
- Basic to Intermediate Excel skills for data recording and reporting.
- Knowledge of quality standards, 5S, and production best practice.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and use testing & diagnostic tools.

- Farmer family background is preferred (not mandatory).

- Willing to embrace a start-up culture — rapid iterations, ambiguity, ownership, and learning from failures.
