Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Structure and Piping Supervisor located in Gorakhpur. The supervisor will oversee the installation, maintenance, and construction of mechanical structures and piping systems. Responsibilities include managing teams, ensuring adherence to quality control and safety standards, and coordinating day-to-day activities on-site. The role also requires supervising pipeline construction, inspecting piping systems, and ensuring project timelines and specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
- Expertise in Piping and Pipeline Construction, with hands-on experience in pipe installations
- Ability to implement Quality Control measures and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in mechanical and piping systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Prior experience in construction or industrial projects is preferred
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required
