The project:

This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assists with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection.
• Applies value management techniques at project outset.
• Supports estimating and cost planning for final cost plans.
• Contributes to effective procurement processes and contract preparation.
• Provides cost control, reporting, and financial analysis with consultants.
• Manages documentation, valuations, variations, and completion certificates.
• Builds strong stakeholder relationships and supports team strategy delivery.
• Coaches junior colleagues while promoting best practice and net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in civil.
• Experience in the relevant field.
