The project:
This is a high-rise residential project in Noida.
Supports MEP services delivery with a focus on health, safety, and subcontractor performance. Liaises with clients, contractors, and consultants, managing multiple subcontractors and suppliers on smaller projects, while assisting Project Engineers on larger schemes to ensure excellence in delivery and wellbeing across all stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Work collaboratively within the project team, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Contribute to MEP design analysis, rectification, and completion using engineering expertise and management processes.
- Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and package interfaces, accountable for programme, safety, cost, and quality.
- Liaise with clients, design, and construction teams, identifying risks and supporting mitigation planning.
- Champion modern methods of construction, embracing digital technologies and prefabrication.
- Uphold Mace standards, project strategies, and net zero carbon commitments throughout delivery.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
