You'll be responsible for: Providing technical support for IT systems and infrastructure within airport facilities, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing effective solutions promptly. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and related IT equipment to meet project requirements. Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of airport management software and other specialized IT applications. Conducting regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems. Collaborating with IT engineers and project managers to implement new technologies and upgrades in line with project goals. Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with regulations. Documenting IT procedures, creating user manuals, and maintaining accurate records of technical support activities. Training airport staff on the use of IT systems and providing ongoing support to enhance their technical proficiency. Staying updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve support services.
