You will be responsible for managing materials, labor, and production of Multi Family, Residential and Commercial Electrical Projects. <br> <br> </div><div> <strong><em><u>Essential Functions:</u></em></strong> </div><div> </div><div>Service Calls: Customer Communication planning and development.</div><div>Develop onsite planning to streamline material, possible part delivery, equipment usage, and time after Customer Approval.</div><div>Assign clear scope of work and responsibilities.</div><div>Monitor schedule, maintain meticulous records, ensure consistent quality of work. </div><div>Always prioritize jobsite safety compliance. </div><div>Attend weekly Staff meetings in office.</div><div> </div><div><strong><em><u>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Working Conditions:</u></em></strong></div><div> </div><div>·       Strong knowledge and experience related to scheduling, material lead times, product knowledge, and installation durations. </div><div>·       Solid understanding of the electrical codes and installation methods.</div><div>·        Proficiency in Service Titan Program.</div><div>·        Basic understanding of workforce productivity and resource planning.</div><div>·        Effective communication and organizational skills.</div><div>·        Reliable attendance, punctual.</div><div>·        Professional, positive attitude, and team oriented. </div><div>·        Take pride in your work!</div><div>·        On site working conditions, you must have the ability to continually stand, lift/carry heavy objects, climb ladders, work in    <br>          variable conditions such as extreme temperatures, with noise, dust, mud debris, etc.</div><div> </div><div> <strong><em><u>Qualifications and Experience:</u></em></strong> </div><div> </div><div>·        Colorado Master or Journeyman Electrical License, required.</div><div>·        Valid driver license, clean driving record</div><div>·        Pass Drug Test</div><div> </div><div>If you are responsible for ensuring seamless execution of sales estimates and perform Service repairs or installation that are completed in a timely fashion while providing the highest level of professionalism and customer care in our Electrical Department - WE WANT YOU! <br> <br>Come join our Team!
