Hiring: M365 Specialist (Senior Associate) | Hybrid | Bangalore / Hyderabad
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist (Senior Associate) to join our team and lead tenant-to-tenant migration projects across Microsoft 365 workloads. This role requires strong expertise in Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and identity/domain readiness to deliver secure and compliant migration outcomes.
If you have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 migrations and Power Platform, this is a great opportunity to work on enterprise-scale cloud transformation projects.

Role Overview
The M365 Migration Senior Associate will execute tenant-to-tenant migrations across Microsoft 365 services, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable transitions with minimal business disruption.
You will collaborate with solution architects, identity engineers, security teams, and application owners to plan, execute, and validate migrations across complex cloud ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Migration Planning & Readiness
- Perform discovery and inventory of mailboxes, archives, OneDrive accounts, SharePoint sites, Teams, and M365 groups.
- Support migration strategy including pilot waves, coexistence strategy, and rollback planning.
- Ensure identity and domain readiness including UPN alignment and directory mapping.
Workload Migration Execution
- Execute Exchange Online mailbox and archive migrations.
- Manage DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and mail flow.
- Migrate OneDrive, SharePoint sites, metadata, and permissions.
- Handle Microsoft Teams migration including channels, memberships, and files.
Security & Compliance
- Align migrations with Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, and retention policies.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and migration logs.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks.
Automation & Reporting
- Automate migration tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Generate migration progress dashboards and reporting.
- Build reusable scripts and automation pipelines.
Post-Migration & Stabilization
- Execute cutover and coexistence planning.
- Perform data integrity and permission validation.
- Support hypercare, defect resolution, and knowledge transfer.
