Job Description – M365 Power Platform & Copilot Developer
Role Summary
We need a developer skilled in M365 Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and M365 Copilot (Copilot Studio & Agents) to build custom business apps, automations, dashboards, and AI-driven assistants.
Key Responsibilities
Build custom apps using Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven).
Create workflows using Power Automate, including integrations and RPA.
Develop dashboards and data models with Power BI.
Build conversational bots and Copilot experiences using Power Virtual Agents and M365 Copilot Agents.
Integrate with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Graph APIs, SQL, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
Use Dataverse, custom connectors, and M365 components effectively.
Required Skills
Strong hands‑on experience across the M365 Power Platform.
Experience integrating apps with Azure and external APIs.
Good understanding of Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint Online, and connectors.
Exposure to RPA, Machine Learning, and AI concepts.
Positive attitude, quality focus, and flexibility during critical needs.
Soft Skills
Positive work attitude and strong service mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and adjust timing depending on critical project needs.
