We are seeking a skilled Cloud Specialist to join our team at NewWave Computing Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring seamless performance and client satisfaction.
Experience Required: 3 to 7 years
Job Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office, 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
Priority 1: Candidate must have done Microsoft 365 Migration for multiple customers.
Priority 2: EMS Security roll out; he must have done it for multiple customers.
Deployment Migration and Configuration:
• Plan, deploy, and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
•Set up and manage Azure infrastructure services such as virtual machines, Azure AD, and storage solutions.
•Migration of on-premises services to Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Maintenance and Support:
•Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environments for optimal performance and uptime.
•Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
•Implement security best practices and manage compliance requirements in cloud environments.
Client Engagement:
•Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored cloud solutions.
•Deliver training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to enhance clients’ understanding and usage of cloud services.
Continuous Improvement:
•Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
•Recommend and implement system and process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
•Experience: Minimum 3 years in deploying and migrating Microsoft 365 or Azure environments.
•In-depth understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
•Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business).
•Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure (virtual machines, Azure AD, storage solutions).
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
•Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
•Experience with scripting and automation tools, particularly PowerShell.
•Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
