About the role

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized software systems.
• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
