Associate Product Manager

Your Role
• Product Leadership: Define the strategy, roadmap, and vision for specific lending products, aligning with M2P Fintech's overall goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design,
implementation, business development, and other stakeholders to ensure
successful product development and launch.
• Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand the needs and pain points of our lending customers, translating their insights into actionable product requirements.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.

• Strategic Thinker: You possess a strong strategic mindset, able to envision the future and create a roadmap to get there.
• Customer-Centric: You're passionate about understanding customer needs and building products that truly solve their problems.
• Data-Driven: You're comfortable with data and use it to make informed decisions and measure success.
• Strong Communicator: You can effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, fostering alignment and building consensus.
• 4-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience / Expertise in Lending, understanding the unique needs and challenges of this market.
• Master's degree (MBA or similar) a plus. Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or similar preferred)
