Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai, India, for an Assistant Professor catering to freshers with M.Tech or M.E degrees. The Assistant Professor will design and deliver engaging lectures, conduct practical and theoretical sessions, assist students in their academic endeavors, and develop course content. The position also involves mentoring students in career development and guiding them in acquiring the necessary technical and professional skills to succeed in the tech industry.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in core technical subjects relevant to M.Tech or M.E disciplines.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective course content and lecture materials.
- Proficiency in research and the ability to guide students on academic projects and technical skills development.
- Understanding of student career development and industry requirements in the tech domain.
- Team-oriented mindset, dedication to student growth, and a passion for teaching.
- Relevant experience or internships in education or professional training are advantageous.
- Eligibility: M.Tech/M.E degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
