Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for an M.Tech Freshers - Faculty Role at FACE Prep. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students on core engineering subjects, preparing course materials, monitoring student progress, and offering academic guidance. The faculty member will also contribute to designing new course content and assisting in the execution of workshops and bootcamps, with a focus on enhancing student outcomes and readiness for the tech industry.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of core engineering subjects, with a focus on technical concepts relevant to M.Tech curriculum.
- Proficiency in delivering engaging instruction and presentation skills to a diverse group of learners.
- Ability to design, organize, and prepare learning materials and workshops effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to mentor and guide students.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop skills for successful careers in the tech industry.
- Graduates with an M.Tech degree in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
- Any prior teaching or mentoring experience, along with familiarity with emerging tech trends, will be an added advantage.
