Role Description:
We are Mobile Premier League (MPL), one of India’s largest esports and mobile gaming
platforms. We have grown and scaled multifold over the last few years.
 

We hit 5 billion games played on MPL within a year of starting up and our current user base is over 65+ million. Some of our marquee investors include Sequoia Capital, Times Internet, and GoVentures. We currently have over 70 games on our platform, including major titles like
 

FreeFire and World Cricket Championship. Multiple mainstream as well as Indie game
developers are our partners. Creating and re-inventing has been a key practice here and at this point we require folks who can help us keep pace with the dynamic ecosystem we are all a part of.

What you ll do
● Work closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Revenue, Growth and Third-party
Game Developers to develop new Game Categories & evolve existing Game
categories
● Wear Multiple Hats as TPM, EM and Product to get things done. Drive teamwork
and collaboration across teams. Manage a cross-functional POD/PODs end to end
● Champion execution to navigate through the ambiguity and lead the team with clear
prioritization, goals & solid plan of action
● Communicate program plans, status, risks and mitigation strategies to key
cross-functional stakeholders
● Provide subject matter expertise and identify key technology solutions/services to
help define team roadmap
● Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
● Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
What you shall have
● 5+ years of proven track record of handling complex programs spanning across
multiple teams (internal & external) in a time bound fashion
● Understanding of Software Development & Release Processes
● A Great Hustler with experience navigating through ambiguity and building
programs from scratch
● Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think
clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and
prioritize tasks

● Track Record of key success metric being Getting it done to drive impact for users &
business
● Desirable- Analytical skills and hands on experience on few analytical tools like
tableau
