M Culinary Concept is searching for a passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. About the Role: 

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Chef de Cuisine to lead culinary operations for our catering company. This role oversees all food production for off-site events, ensuring high standards in quality, presentation, and consistency across diverse menus and service styles. The Chef de Cuisine will manage and mentor kitchen staff, coordinate seamless event execution, and collaborate on creative menu planning and recipe development. This position also plays a key role in inventory management, cost control, and maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards, all while delivering exceptional culinary experiences from preparation through final presentation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to leading a team and exceeding guest expectations.
