Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
M&A Manager to support the company’s
inorganic growth strategy and deal pipeline development. The role will focus on
deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and post-merger integration, helping build long-term strategic capabilities and strengthen the company’s future growth portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage an active M&A pipeline, screening 50+ targets annually aligned with strategic growth areas.
- Lead commercial and financial due diligence, evaluating strategic and financial fit.
- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
- Drive post-merger integration planning to ensure long-term synergy realization.
- Align acquisitions with long-term strategic transformation goals and enterprise growth plans.
- Contribute insights for leadership, board, and investor communications regarding inorganic growth initiatives.
Experience & Skills
- 5-10 years of M&A experience in PE, Big4 transactions, or Tier-1 consulting.
- Strong expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.
- Experience managing end-to-end transaction processes.
- Ability to translate acquisitions into long-term strategic and operational value.
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking capabilities.
