Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site M&A Intern role, based in Gurugram. The M&A Intern will support the team in various merger, acquisition, and financial transactions. Key responsibilities include conducting financial and operational due diligence, performing investment analysis, preparing financial models, and assisting in deal structuring. The role also involves preparing reports, presentations, and supporting materials for internal and client use. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and business strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and derive insights
- Knowledge of Finance concepts and principles, including valuation and financial modeling
- Experience or familiarity with Due Diligence processes for business transactions
- Understanding of Accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Basic competency in Investments and related market analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
