🚀 Hiring: M&A / Infrastructure Financial Analyst | Global Investment Banking Firm
Remote | 2 PM – 10 PM IST (CET/CEST Overlap)
Role Overview:
Join a leading European partner-led global investment banking advisory firm specializing in M&A, infrastructure finance, debt advisory, and energy transactions across Europe.
We are hiring a sharp, detail-oriented M&A / Infrastructure Financial Analyst to support live buy-side & sell-side infrastructure deals across energy, renewables, utilities, and digital infrastructure.
What You'll Do
• Build complex infrastructure financial models
• Develop project finance models (debt, IRR, DSCR, returns)
• Support valuation of projects, pipelines & platforms
• Analyze energy market dynamics
• Prepare deal materials and transaction outputs
• Work closely with senior deal teams on live mandates
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in Infrastructure Financial Modelling
• Background in M&A / Transaction Advisory / Project Finance
• Strong understanding of energy & infrastructure sectors
• Advanced Excel + valuation expertise
• Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred
• Renewables / Utilities / Infrastructure Advisory experience
• European transaction exposure
• German language is a plus (not mandatory)
Working Hours
🕑 2 PM – 10 PM IST
(Strong overlap with German business hours required)
