🚨 Hiring: M&A & Transactions Professional | Mumbai
We are hiring an M&A & Transactions Professional to join our team and contribute to high-impact M&A, IPO, capital-market and transaction-related engagements.
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Support public listing readiness, listing preparation and capital-market transactions
• Assist with SEBI, NCLT regulations and compliance requirements
• Conduct business financial analysis and case modelling
• Support transaction planning and execution across different stages
• Assess regulatory implications and ensure adherence to applicable requirements
• Work closely with senior management, investors and key stakeholders
🔹 Key Requirements
Candidates should have experience in at least 2 of the following areas:
• Listing support & capital-market transactions
• SEBI regulations, regulatory filings & compliance
• Due diligence, valuation & financial analysis
• Business-case modelling & transaction execution
Additionally:
• Strong understanding of the Indian regulatory & capital-markets landscape
• Strong financial statement analysis and analytical skills
• Good commercial judgment and transaction understanding
• Excellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
