Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an M&A and Strategy professional located in Gurugram. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and evaluating strategic business opportunities, performing financial and investment analyses, conducting due diligence, and overseeing mergers and acquisitions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support strategic growth initiatives within the larger green energy sector.
Qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in Tier-I Investment Banks, Corporate development roles or Strategy Consulting.
- Prior experience in infrastructure sector (energy sector would be preferred).
- Proven track record of running M&A and new investment transactions end-to-end.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and storytelling capability.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, term sheets, and deal structures.
- Ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Education: B. Tech + MBA from Tier I Institution
