Conduct regular market analysis and adjust strategies to stay competitive and customer-focused.
Oversee reconditioning standards for cosmetic and mechanical repairs; ensure completion within budget.
Audit trade-ins for accuracy, quality, and adherence to trade terms and written appraisals.
Manage technician workflow and efficiency within the Used Truck Department.
Review all sales transactions for profitability, pricing accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and compensation structures.
Ensure inventory listings and advertising platforms are current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
Assist in sourcing and appraising used truck inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and maximize profitability.
