• Drive projects independently and 100% allocation to CTS ATL projects
• Manage multiple ATL projects as Project manager
• Maintain Governance and standards as per TO requirements
• Align to Process Excellence Objectives
• Work as Senior Manager level and developing expertise into Project management, Migration, Transition and Transformation project
• Be part of wider PM COP community
• Bring expertise into complex projects like Cloud PC and handle independent workstreams
• Lead Program of functional type like Technology etc. end to end for delivery
• Create Project Plan, Program plan, delivery plan, or Plan on a Page for Program with key milestones
• Deliver milestones as per Program Plan and Business case
• Track Program progress on variance and delivery
• Manage levers of delivery, development, testing and phases of Program
• Keep Programs aligned to organisational benefits and Program overall objectives
• Establish an overarching governance layer through weekly, monthly program review
• Monitor key Program metrices like – risk/issues, cost and budget, schedule, resourcing
• Report Program health to Portfolio Manager and other key stakeholders and LTs through governance pack and SteerCo meetings
• Manage conflicts between leads, SMEs etc.
• Forecast Program resources and required budget on a monthly, quarterly calls
• Create and Submit Program, project WPs for PAB for approval for resources
• Work closely with Vendors and tech partners in delivery, resourcing, and billing
• Create and manage Program/project reports on Planning, RAID, Cost Tracker, Governance reports etc.
• Ensure that PMO as aligned is reporting Program/project health to different bodies like TO, PMO Admin, PAB etc.
• Manage any Program/project escalation
• Reports and track Program benefits – financial or non‐financial
• Work closely with PMO to manage expenses, accruals, actuals and forecast of budget
• Receipt invoices from Vendors and approve Delivery acceptance criteria (DAC) from vendors
• Able to manage a Program with several independent projects simultaneously and deliver results
• Manage any Program/project escalation
• Receipt invoices from Vendors and approve Delivery acceptance criteria (DAC) from vendors
• Monitor and report Program health and status
• Enable and train resource/new joiners on systems, applications, Program/project background
