Role Overview: We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to spearhead our partnership initiatives who is:

This role involves identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance both the Lyzr brand and the Lyzr Agent Studio platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (experience in an AI company is a plus) and a proven track record in establishing high-value, long-term partnerships.
What would your work look like?
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, strategize, and secure technical and non-technical partnerships that align with Lyzr's objectives. Partner with complementary companies like ElevenLabs, Qdrant, and other infra and LLM ecosystem players. Co-create webinars, cookbooks, technical blogs, and docs.
End-to-End Partnership Management: Own the entire partnership lifecycle - from research to execution and maintaining relationships.
Marketplace & Platform Partnerships: Get reviews for Lyzr on the map across AI marketplaces (e.g., G2, FutureTools) and seek strategic visibility across product/infra-level AI listings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CGO & Product Manager to facilitate partnership-led initiatives & technical integrations into Lyzr Agent Studio
Influencer Collaborations: Manage the whole piece of influencer collaboration activities to creatively contribute to organizational goals. Identify and collaborate with instructors, educators, and agency partners who are building or teaching agents. Examples: Maven, Udemy, Coursera creators.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership and influencer relations, maintaining long-term collaborations to support distribution and brand-building efforts.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Candidates from other degrees with a solid tech/AI/Agents subject knowledge is a must.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Partnership roles
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI & AI infrastructure landscape
Be hungry: Demonstrate the ability to independently drive initiatives, constantly learn, and evolve into leadership roles
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of handling human relations.
Self-sufficient and organized: You can work async, use tools like Canva, Gamma, Notion, GSuite, and manage outreach campaigns independently.
Highly active on LinkedIn, understands how to drive reach, influence, and conversation.
