Product Analyst - Intern

We are driven to use the art of fashion and science of online and physical retail innovation to create an unparalleled shopping experience for the premium Indian shopper. As a Product Analyst intern at Lyskraft, you will be a key partner to Product Managers and Business Leaders, using data to guide product decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and improve customer experiences. You'll combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to influence how millions of users shop fashion online. Responsibilities: • Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and measure product performance. • Analyse user journeys, funnels, and behaviours to identify friction points and growth opportunities. • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. • Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer strategic and operational business questions. • Support experimentation (A/B tests, feature rollouts) with proper design, tracking, and insights. • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Qualifications: • Strong skills in SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
