Clinical Recruitment Specialist

Lyra Health is looking for a Clinical Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top clinical talent to support the growth of our clinical operations. This includes working closely with our clinical leadership team to understand hiring needs, developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining our clinical talent pipeline to ensure we have a robust pool of qualified candidates.
