Role Overview 


The Brand Marketing Executive will be part of the Brand Marketing team supporting the implementation of all marketing campaigns across LYMA and its partners. The role focuses on developing and executing brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth for both D2C and B2B, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with key stakeholders. 


This role will sit within the Brand Marketing team reporting to the Brand Marketing Director.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supporting the development and execution of a company’s marketing and branding strategy for both D2C and B2B functions 
  • Actively taking part in marketing campaigns and organizing meetings 
  • In charge of updating all marketing documents – calendar, campaign reports etc
  • Supporting with Retail Marketing documents and ensuring all retailers have up to date assets 
  • Ensure all assets are delivered to third parties, including Retailers on time 
  • Working with the graphic design team to help deliver content that meets specifications 
  • Supporting marketing team to ensure all campaigns are distributed internally and everyone is up to date 
  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends 
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including trackers, global contact directory etc
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion 
  • Maintain inventory of marketing support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary 
  • Plan and manage sampling, gifts with purchase (GWP), and gift planning initiatives
  • Research industries, markets, demographics, trends, sales results, and other data related to the the WellTech industry 
  • To actively seek out and implement new initiatives to drive audience revenue
  • Report on past, current & projected performance against target KPIs 


The ideal candidate will have


  • Previous marketing experience, ideally in trade marketing as well as brand marketing 
  • Knowledge of traditional or retail marketing and social media marketing 
  • Previous experience within the WellTech, Beauty or Luxury industry 
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, google analytics and affiliate platforms 
  • Proven project management experience 
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency 
  • Clear communication and be able to build excellent relationships and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Excellent presentation skills
